This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Serve as a strategic remote support expert for clients located in the United States.
• Provide Executive and Administrative Support by managing calendars, meetings, and appointments, handling corporate emails, and preparing executive reports.
• Engage in International Recruitment by sourcing and screening candidates for U.S.-based positions, conducting cold calls and interviews, and scheduling onboarding processes.
• Offer Commercial Support through lead prospecting, market research, and assisting with sales reports.
• Enhance Customer Experience (CX) by delivering support via phone, email, and chat, and resolving customer inquiries.
• Contribute to Project Management (PMO) by assisting with timelines, meetings, and task delegation.
• Manage Accounts Receivable (Finance) by issuing invoices and tracking payments.
• Proficient in English (C1 or C2 level, both spoken and written) – assessment will occur during the interview process.
• Possess clear, professional, and objective communication abilities.
• Exhibit strong organizational skills, a focus on productivity, and the capability to multitask.
• Demonstrate proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Have familiarity with CRM systems, project management tools, or automation software.
• Hold prior experience in administrative roles, customer service, recruitment, or remote support.
