VIP Travel Consultant, French – Amadeus

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium.

📋 Description

• Deliver exceptional service to key client travelers and manage incoming inquiries through phone, email, and other channels.

• Engage in proactive travel consultation, offering travel details and promoting related products.

• Utilize BCD Travel tools and systems to fulfill requests efficiently.

• Research and confirm travel bookings for clients.

• Advise and assist customers on travel policies.

• Address requests concerning essential regulations (DOT, TSA, passports, visas, etc.).

• Continuously enhance and broaden knowledge of the travel industry.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in VIP travel services.

• Familiarity with the travel industry, including its policies, procedures, and processes.

• Proficient skills in GDS Amadeus.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in both English and French.
