VIP Travel Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Deliver exceptional service excellence to key client travelers.

• Efficiently and accurately manage incoming requests through various channels (e.g., phone, email, etc.).

• Act as the primary contact for executive-level travelers.

• Provide proactive travel consultation, including sharing travel details and promoting related products.

• Skillfully utilize the appropriate BCD Travel tools and systems to fulfill requests.

• Research and confirm travel reservations for clients.

• Possess a deep understanding of client travel policies to effectively guide and offer consultation to customers.

• Address all requests pertaining to necessary regulations (DOT, TSA, passports, visas, etc.).

• Demonstrate excellent knowledge and application of travel supplier rules.

• Continuously communicate and seek to expand knowledge of the various supported travel industries.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in VIP travel.

• Familiarity with the travel industry, including policies, procedures, and processes.

• Proficient skills in GDS Systems (Amadeus or Sabre).

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities in English.

• Must be flexible to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
