VIP Travel Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium.

📋 Description

• Deliver exceptional service to key clients traveling for business.

• Efficiently manage incoming inquiries through various channels (e.g., phone, email, etc.).

• Serve as the main point of contact for executive travelers and provide proactive travel advice.

• Skillfully utilize the necessary BCD Travel tools and systems to fulfill requests.

• Search for and confirm travel arrangements for clients.

• Possess a thorough understanding of client travel policies and effectively guide customers accordingly.

• Address all requirements related to necessary regulations (DOT, TSA, passports, visas, etc.).

• Continuously communicate and enhance knowledge of the supported travel industries.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in handling VIP travel.

• Familiarity with the travel industry, including its policies, procedures, and practices.

• Proficient in GDS Amadeus.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and French.
