VIP Corporate Travel Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Efficiently operate AVIPAM systems to handle urgent travel requests, both domestic and international.

• Conduct searches, make bookings, and confirm services based on the urgency and needs of the client.

• Possess thorough knowledge of the client's travel policies to offer precise guidance, even during emergencies, ensuring consultative and personalized assistance.

• Provide feasible alternatives and swift recommendations for transportation and accommodations.

• Respond accurately and swiftly within critical time constraints.

• Adhere to supplier regulations, even in last-minute scenarios.

• Supply information on fares, currency exchange, and penalties to facilitate prompt and effective decision-making.

• Ensure adherence to legal obligations (passports, visas, etc.).

• Deliver services that are centered on client experience and immediate solutions.

• Align service provision with the strategies of AVIPAM and its clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Tourism or a related discipline.

• Demonstrated experience in travel agencies or TMCs, particularly in corporate emergency support.

• Strong expertise and practical experience with GDSs (Sabre and Amadeus) and online booking tools (OBT) such as Argo, Lemontech, Reserve, and Concur.

• Proficient in utilizing airline portals.

• Advanced proficiency in English.
