Video Producer – Part-Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Editing short-form advertisement videos (15–60 seconds) for paid campaigns on Meta and Instagram — producing 2–3 videos daily.

• Creating Reels and Shorts aimed at organic growth: incorporating subtitles, storytelling techniques, and dynamic pacing.

• Modifying user-generated content (UGC) and influencer videos to fit platform-specific formats.

• Filming yourself according to scripts (some tasks require on-camera presence).

• Editing student testimonial videos for YouTube (3–7 minutes in length).

• Updating existing videos (dates, text, CTAs) for new launches.

• Utilizing AI tools to enhance video production efficiency: auto-subtitles, AI-generated b-roll, upscaling, and noise reduction.

• Creating and maintaining templates in CapCut / DaVinci Resolve / Adobe Premiere Pro for scalable production.

• Experimenting with AI video tools (Runway, Pika, HeyGen) to test creative content.

• Proposing and executing workflows to minimize manual repetitive tasks.

• Automating updates in ad creatives (text, dates, CTAs) without needing to re-edit videos from the ground up.

• Collaborating with tools like ElevenLabs for voice-related tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 1 year of video editing experience — a portfolio showcasing short-form content (Reels, ads, UGC).

• Proficient in CapCut; familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro and/or DaVinci Resolve is advantageous.

• Knowledge of formats: 9:16, 16:9, and platform-specific requirements (Stories, Reels, YouTube).

• Capability to work with subtitles and on-screen text.

• Basic understanding of performance marketing and the distinctions between ad creatives and organic content.

• Efficiency: ability to complete 2 or more finished videos daily within a 4-hour workday.

• Strong independence: adept at working with briefs and asking clarifying questions proactively.
