Video Editor – Personal Brand Content

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Edit long-form YouTube videos, including studio shoots, lessons, breakdowns, storytelling pieces, and lifestyle content.

• Edit high-quality short-form videos for platforms such as Instagram Reels, TikTok, and LinkedIn.

• Establish a consistent visual identity across all founder-related content.

• Create clean and visually appealing animations and motion graphics.

• Incorporate subtitles, graphics, and branding elements to enhance the quality of content.

• Develop attention-grabbing hooks and pacing for short-form videos.

• Assist in optimizing content for each platform’s specific algorithm and format.

• Collaborate with founders and our head of content on concepts, scripts, and creative direction.

• Ensure fast editing turnaround while maintaining high-quality standards.

• Oversee content versions, asset organization, and project files.

⛳️ Requirements

• Exceptional English language skills—candidates must possess near-native proficiency in order to effectively collaborate with the team.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in editing for creators, personal brands, or YouTube channels.

• Strong expertise in Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve.

• A thorough understanding of modern social aesthetics and current content trends for personal brands within the digital marketing and online business sectors.

• Ability to seamlessly transition between polished production and raw social content.

• A keen sense of taste—attention to aesthetics, cleanliness, typography, spacing, framing, and overall visual quality is essential.

• Outstanding ability to tell stories visually, enhancing the speaker's message.

• Comfortable with receiving direct feedback from founders.

• Quick turnaround times without compromising on quality.

• A portfolio showcasing both high-production aesthetic work.
