📋 Description

• Edit **talking-head YouTube videos** with a strong emphasis on pacing and structure.

• Enhance viewer retention through:

• - Intelligent cuts and precise timing.

• - On-screen text and visual aids.

• - B-roll, graphics, or pertinent overlays.

• Enrich videos with music, sound effects, and transitions as suited.

• Incorporate visual elements to enhance the clarity of **educational/AI content**.

• Ensure a consistent style and quality throughout all videos.

• Work collaboratively with the team and act on feedback.

• Keep abreast of **YouTube editing trends and formats**.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in editing **YouTube videos (preferably talking-head)**.

• Strong grasp of **pacing, retention, and storytelling techniques**.

• Capability to make **educational content engaging and easy to digest**.

• Proficient in editing software (such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent).

• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality.
