This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Edit short-form and mid-length videos including reels, social media advertisements, promotional content, and explainer videos.

• Incorporate captivating hooks, dynamic pacing, and a compelling narrative structure to enhance viewer engagement.

• Adapt editing styles to align with platform-specific behaviors (e.g., rapid cuts for Instagram, attention-grabbing openers for YouTube Shorts).

• Improve video quality through meticulous color grading, text animations, transitions, and immersive audio design.

• Collaborate extensively with writers, designers, and creative leads to effectively realize scripts and visual ideas.

• Stay informed about the latest editing trends, meme formats, cultural references, and audio trends to keep content innovative and relatable.

• Evaluate advertisement performance metrics and apply insights to refine edits for enhanced click-through and completion rates.

• Edit videos in Telugu, ensuring linguistic precision, cultural relevance, and compelling storytelling for the intended audience.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–4 years of experience in video editing specifically for social media or digital content.

• Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar applications.

• A strong portfolio showcasing short-form content (reels, advertisements, promotions).

• Solid understanding of social media platform algorithms and strategies for engagement.

• Strong storytelling abilities, visual creativity, and skills in sound design.

• Proficiency in Telugu and the ability to edit in Telugu with cultural awareness and linguistic expertise.
