This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You will design creatives (static, video & animations) for social media advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, with a strong emphasis on video content.
• You will autonomously execute creative concepts developed in collaboration with the Creative Strategy team.
• You will create and produce variations of existing creatives to enhance the performance of ongoing campaigns.
• You will produce short-form video advertisements (UGC-style, native ads, founder ads, meme formats, and cutdowns).
• You will edit and optimize video footage, including editing, motion graphics, text animations, subtitles, and sound.
• You will prepare UGC and creator content for paid social media and adapt it for each platform.
• You will maintain a consistent brand impact while following established brand guidelines.
• You will collaborate closely with the Creative Strategy team and efficiently implement feedback.
• You will contribute your own creative ideas and develop visual approaches that differentiate from competitors.
• You will continuously observe trends, formats, and visual styles on social media and integrate them into your creative work.
• You will assist in building and sustaining creative libraries and collections of best practices.
• You will ensure high quality and precise execution while delivering a substantial creative output.
• You have completed training or a degree in design, marketing, or communications, or you can impress us with strong work samples and references.
• You have experience with the essential programs of the Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
• You are proficient in Premiere Pro and After Effects, especially in short-form video and motion graphics.
• You possess a strong sense for creative design, visual storytelling, and current trends in social media.
• You are eager to share your own ideas and actively shape creative concepts.
• You blend creativity with an understanding of marketing, brand presentation, and audience needs.
• You can quickly adapt to new brands, products, and target audiences.
• You work independently, in a structured and responsible manner, demonstrating a strong hands-on mentality.
• You are receptive to feedback and can efficiently incorporate it into your work.
• You enjoy teamwork and closely coordinating with creative strategists and other creatives.
• You maintain oversight and uphold a high standard of quality even with a substantial creative output.
• You possess very good written and spoken skills in both German and English.
