• You will transform ideas and video footage into refined, impactful videos that contribute to brand growth.
• Edit short-form video advertisements tailored for optimal performance on TikTok, Instagram Reels, Meta, and YouTube Shorts.
• Convert user-generated content (UGC), voiceovers, testimonials, and product footage into attention-grabbing creatives.
• Incorporate motion graphics, captions, titles, and branded elements that resonate with each platform's unique style.
• Utilize fast-paced edits, compelling hooks, transitions, music, and sound design to enhance watch time and click-through rates (CTR).
• Collaborate with strategists and designers to ensure content aligns with campaign objectives and audience insights.
• Stay informed about platform trends, advertising formats, and viral content styles.
• Manage quick turnarounds, revisions, and asset delivery while maintaining a strong attention to detail.
• 1-3 years of experience in video editing for direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands, performance marketing, or agencies.
• A robust portfolio showcasing paid ad creatives, particularly UGC-style content for TikTok, Meta, and YouTube.
• Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro; knowledge of After Effects or motion graphics is a plus.
• Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, hooks, and editing techniques native to each platform.
• Ability to edit with a focus on performance rather than just aesthetics—making cuts based on what drives results.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Comfortable working remotely and capable of managing multiple projects independently.
• Must be based in Latin America.
