📋 Description

• Edit both long-form and short-form video content for YouTube, social media platforms, internal marketing efforts, and sponsored client projects.

• Plan, execute, and deliver video projects that enhance TechnologyAdvice’s brand portfolio and external client campaigns.

• Produce refined edits featuring strong pacing, clear audio, and compelling visual storytelling that aligns with editorial and brand guidelines.

• Create motion graphics and visual enhancements using Adobe After Effects to elevate the final product.

• Source and incorporate supplementary footage, graphics, and visual assets as necessary to enhance the narrative.

• Collaborate with the Video Content Team throughout the production process, from initial concept to final delivery.

• Support projects associated with The Neuron podcast, including editing video formats derived from podcast recordings.

• Work alongside teams in content, social media, sales, audience development, and HR to provide guidance on video format, production quality, and viewer experience.

• Efficiently manage editing workflows using project management tools, proactively identifying production obstacles and ensuring projects stay on schedule.

• Deliver high-quality edits while juggling multiple projects and adhering to tight turnaround times.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of professional video editing experience, encompassing both long-form and short-form content.

• Advanced skills in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, along with a working knowledge of Adobe Audition.

• Proven experience in producing refined edits with strong pacing, clear audio, and impactful visual storytelling.

• Experience in creating motion graphics and animated components to enhance video content.

• Capability to independently edit and deliver video projects with minimal oversight.

• Strong project management and time management abilities to handle multiple editing projects concurrently.

• Familiarity with AI-powered editing tools such as Descript, Riverside, or Adobe Firefly is a plus.

• Exceptional attention to detail and editorial judgment when reviewing footage and finalizing edits.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production setting with changing priorities and tight deadlines.

• Degree in film, video production, or equivalent professional experience.
