Video Editor – Motion Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Edit brief LinkedIn videos, typically ranging from 30 seconds to 3 minutes.

• Transform unedited footage into engaging and polished social media content.

• Incorporate captions, callouts, zooms, screenshots, charts, and basic motion graphics.

• Implement clean and consistent color grading to ensure a refined appearance.

• Enhance audio quality through fundamental sound design and leveling.

• Simplify complex business and data-oriented subjects to make them visually appealing.

• Craft compelling openings that capture the audience's attention within the first few seconds.

• Repurpose longer recordings into concise clips for better engagement.

• Uphold a clean, premium, and data-centric brand aesthetic.

• Communicate effectively with a U.S.-based team and respond positively to feedback.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of professional video editing experience.

• A robust portfolio showcasing social media video projects.

• Exceptional understanding of pacing, storytelling, captioning, and visual hierarchy.

• Experience in editing talking-head, educational, or business-related content.

• Proficient in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut, or similar software.

• Good command of written English.

• Dependable, organized, and capable of working independently.

• Preferred: experience with B2B, SaaS, marketing, design, or technology content.

• Preferred: skills in motion graphics or After Effects.

• Preferred: familiarity with editing styles on LinkedIn and YouTube.

• Preferred: interest in A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, user experience, or digital marketing.
