This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Deliverables for clients are the top priority.
• Edits for testimonials and brand story videos.
• Creation of short-form campaign videos (30–90 seconds).
• Development of event recap content.
• Internal and social media content.
• Production of short-form content for the client's social media accounts and pages.
• Behind-the-scenes, educational, and personal brand videos.
• At full capacity, the workload includes 5 short-form videos plus 1 long-form video weekly, along with ongoing client projects.
• The workload may vary depending on active projects.
• Initially, there will be a backlog of content ready for editing (including LENS intro videos, Jersey Smooth, VSL).
• Proficient in **Premiere Pro** or **DaVinci Resolve**.
• Basic skills in motion graphics (titles, lower thirds, transitions).
• Experience in color grading and audio leveling.
• Good understanding of storytelling and pacing.
• Capable of editing both short-form and long-form content.
• Familiar with US/Western aesthetic standards.
• Ability to emulate styles similar to those of Dan Martell, Alex Hormozi, and Devon Levesque.
• Must recognize the difference between what appears "cool" versus "tacky" according to US standards.
• Expected to contribute creative insights rather than simply executing tasks mechanically.
• Comfortable receiving briefs via Loom and written feedback.
• Values effective communication and timely delivery.
• As part of the hiring process, candidates must complete a non-negotiable trial project before final hiring decisions are made.
• All required deliverables must be submitted by the agreed-upon deadline. Late submissions or partial deliveries will result in disqualification. The quality of work and communication during the trial will influence the hiring decision.
• Client Relationship: You will work directly with the client, which involves independent communication, service provision, and management of client-related matters.
• Payments: All payments for your services will be managed by the client. Elevate and Delegate does not handle your payroll; your salary will be paid directly to you.
• Vacation Leaves and Holidays: While we may provide recommendations or guidelines regarding vacation leaves and holidays, the final decision rests with the client. You are expected to align your schedule with the client’s business needs and any specific policies or preferences they may have.
