Video Editor – Long form YouTube videos

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• The primary focus of this position involves editing long-form YouTube videos.

• You will be responsible for editing talking head content, incorporating B-roll, adding text overlays, creating motion graphics, screen recordings, managing multi-camera setups, and performing reaction-style edits for various client channels.

• You are receptive to feedback, ask insightful questions when necessary, and are able to implement revisions quickly.

• Your workload will include editing a minimum of 12 videos per month, with the potential to reach up to 16. This requires effective time management, the ability to meet deadlines independently, and proactive communication regarding project timelines.

• You are an enthusiastic editor who frequently engages with YouTube, recognizing what makes top channels stand out.

• You have prior experience editing YouTube content beyond just personal projects.

• You maintain a quick editing pace without compromising quality.

• Your editing toolkit is well-prepared, and you execute tasks efficiently.

• You are an end-to-end editor, managing the entire post-production process, including editing, sound, color correction, graphics, and exporting.

• Your primary editing platform is Premiere Pro. While proficiency in another editing software can be discussed, strong skills in Premiere Pro are highly preferred.
