Video Editor – Freelance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with a team of editors, designers, and Assistant Creative Directors (ACDs) to execute all video editing deliverables for your designated pod and owned accounts.

• Partner with our Creative & Marketing teams to develop imaginative and engaging designs/content across multiple marketing channels.

• Produce captivating, performance-oriented video content that supports our creative and marketing initiatives.

• Work alongside our Production & Strategy teams to create both original and iterative advertisements for various marketing platforms, including Instagram, Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.

• Continuously refine output by utilizing insights from performance metrics, external references, and trending topics on social platforms.

• Adhere to departmental workflows and best practices concerning project management, file organization, naming conventions, and more.

• Leverage AI technologies to improve and optimize business processes.

• Utilize Power Digital's Nova ecosystem in relation to your department.

⛳️ Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in both spoken and written English.

• Over 4 years of experience in video editing (motion graphics experience is a plus).

• Skilled in various video editing tools and software (including Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Davinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, etc.).

• Proven video editing skills demonstrated through a strong portfolio of work samples.

• Comprehensive understanding of digital trends and editing principles.

• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and work towards several milestones across different projects simultaneously.

• A creative and innovative mindset.

• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
