This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Develop captivating short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Stories, and paid social media campaigns.
• Create both static and motion graphics that are optimized for user engagement and conversion.
• Work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm and refine creative concepts and campaign strategies.
• Generate various creative versions for A/B testing initiatives.
• Evaluate creative effectiveness using essential metrics such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
• Spot emerging social media trends and adjust content to stay relevant.
• Enhance existing creatives based on campaign performance and audience feedback.
• Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines while focusing on performance outcomes.
• Demonstrated experience in video editing and graphic design tailored for social media advertising.
• A robust portfolio that highlights TikTok, Instagram, and paid advertising creative work.
• Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or comparable tools.
• A solid understanding of direct-response marketing and performance-oriented creative strategies.
• Capability to produce content that grabs attention within the initial few seconds.
• Strong awareness of the latest social media trends and best practices across platforms.
• An analytical approach with the skill to interpret campaign performance data effectively.
