• Take ownership of the entire content lifecycle from initial footage to published assets across various platforms.

• Edit long-form content for YouTube and podcasts, ensuring effective pacing and storytelling.

• Repurpose content into short-form clips (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) complete with captions and engaging hooks.

• Design or coordinate eye-catching thumbnails to boost click-through rates.

• Manage the uploading, scheduling, tagging, and optimization of content across different platforms.

• Transform video scripts into email content utilizing AI and distribute through GoHighLevel.

• Establish and maintain a streamlined “film-and-forget” workflow for consistent content output.

• Extract and repurpose content from calls and existing recordings.

• Monitor performance metrics and refine content based on analytical insights.

• Keep organized content systems, folders, and publishing calendars.

• Collaborate with the founder and proactively propose content enhancements.

• Qualifications:

• 3–5+ years of experience in video editing and content production (essential).

• Proven track record with both long-form and short-form content (essential).

• Strong grasp of content repurposing and social media trends (essential).

• Experience managing comprehensive content workflows (essential).

• Proficient in AI-assisted content workflows and automation tools.

• Strong sense of ownership with the capability to work independently.

• Experience assisting entrepreneurs or personal brands (preferred).
