This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Edit and create high-quality long-form video content (YouTube, webinars, interviews, and educational videos), ensuring effective structure, pacing, and audience engagement.

• Extract and produce impactful short-form clips optimized for platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok.

• Identify engaging content moments, topics, and opportunities from recordings, industry trends, and existing materials.

• Develop captivating video concepts, hooks, titles, and formats aimed at maximizing performance and viewer retention.

• Enhance all content with captions, graphics, overlays, and branding to achieve polished, professional results.

• Utilize AI tools to pinpoint highlights, generate clips, transcribe content, and streamline editing processes.

• Improve production efficiency, scalability, and output quality through automation and continuous optimization of tools and workflows.

• Organize and manage a structured library of video assets, including tagging key moments and maintaining reusable content systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut.

• Strong capabilities in pacing, storytelling, audio editing, and color correction.

• Experience in editing multi-camera and long-form content.

• Familiarity with short-form editing, hooks, and formats focused on retention.

• Knowledge of Zoom, Riverside, and recorded video workflows.

• Experience with AI tools (e.g., Descript, Opus Clip, Runway, Premiere AI features) to enhance production quality.
