Video Editor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Create videos that drive high conversion rates and align with business objectives.

• Edit video materials, encompassing audio, color grading, visual effects, and motion graphics.

• Collaborate effectively with various teams, including Sales, Marketing, Operations, IT, and Customer Service, on video-related initiatives.

• Develop video concepts and conduct split-testing with the team to enhance conversion outcomes.

• Keep abreast of trends in AI and video production; proactively suggest, test, and implement new tools, workflows, and methodologies.

• Assist with other ad-hoc projects as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• A diploma or higher in Multimedia, Digital Media, Film, Sound & Video Production is preferred.

• Ideally, 1–2 years of relevant professional experience.

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Audition.

• Familiarity with and/or practical experience using AI tools for video production (e.g., AI-assisted editing, generative visuals, AI audio enhancement, automated captions) is a plus.

• A strong desire to learn, experiment with, and integrate new AI tools and workflows into daily tasks.

• A creative mindset with excellent attention to detail.

• Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively across all levels of the organization.

• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting and respond effectively under pressure.
