📋 Description

• Develop engaging short-form viral content for platforms including Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.

• Edit long-form YouTube videos with an emphasis on strong pacing and audience retention.

• Transform long-form materials (such as podcasts, calls, and training sessions) into several high-impact clips.

• Create compelling hooks within the first 2–3 seconds of content.

• Strategically incorporate captions, b-roll, sound effects, pattern interrupts, and motion elements.

• Adjust editing techniques based on the type of content: Viral/high-energy or Business/authority.

• Collaborate with leadership to refine content direction and messaging.

• Organize footage efficiently and uphold a streamlined editing workflow.

• Quickly iterate based on feedback and performance metrics.

• Remain up-to-date with industry trends, formats, and successful strategies across platforms.

• Bring innovative ideas to the table, beyond mere execution.

• You can distill a 50-minute podcast into multiple high-performing clips.

• You have the ability to make talking-head content engaging and dynamic.

• You can produce both clean, authoritative business edits and punchy, viral-style pieces.

• You are skilled in Premiere Pro (preferred) or other social media editing tools.

• You thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy testing content, and iterating based on performance outcomes.
