This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Edit and compile raw footage into refined video content, ensuring it aligns with project objectives and brand standards.

• Improve video quality through advanced editing techniques, sound design, and color grading.

• Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and implement captivating video projects.

• Offer innovative suggestions to enhance storytelling, visuals, and overall production quality.

• Customize content for diverse platforms, including social media, YouTube, and live streaming services, ensuring formats and specifications are optimized.

• Work closely with the Project Manager and other team members to gather insights regarding project requirements, timelines, and deliverables.

• Coordinate with designers, animators, and other creatives to seamlessly integrate visual elements into video projects.

• Maintain a well-organized workflow by effectively managing video assets, project files, and archives.

• Stay updated on trends in gaming, esports, and youth culture to ensure content remains relevant and aligned with brand guidelines.

• Organize and oversee editorial calendars and version control of materials.

• Ensure all content adheres to the highest standards of quality, creativity, and audience engagement.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Multimedia Arts, or a related field is preferred.

• 2+ years of experience in video editing, ideally within the esports, gaming, or digital content sectors.

• Proficiency in video editing software, including Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Final Cut Pro.

• Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and visual aesthetics.

• Knowledge of motion graphics, sound design, and color correction is an advantage.

• Familiarity with esports culture and trends is highly beneficial.

• Experience with editorial planning tools and content management systems is a plus.
