This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.

📋 Description

• Edit high-quality video content for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, website content, and paid advertising campaigns.

• Produce various content cuts and adaptations for testing and optimization purposes.

• Ensure all outputs adhere to brand standards regarding pacing, color, composition, and overall visual finesse.

• Adapt and format content to enhance platform-specific performance, including aspect ratios, pacing, hooks, captions, and formatting specifications.

• Optimize edits to improve engagement metrics such as retention, watch time, and click-through rates.

• Aid A/B testing efforts by creating variations of successful content.

• Translate creative direction into compelling visual storytelling that aligns with the brand's voice and aesthetic.

• Enhance footage using motion graphics, text overlays, sound design, transitions, and effects when appropriate.

• Ensure consistency across all video outputs while continually improving creative quality.

• Organize and manage video assets, project files, and exports for efficient retrieval and workflow management.

• Handle multiple projects concurrently while adhering to strict deadlines.

• Maintain organized file structures and version control throughout projects.

• Stay updated on editing trends, platform behaviors, and emerging content formats.

• Proactively suggest new editing styles, creative methodologies, and content formats.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in video editing, preferably within the fashion, retail, or ecommerce sectors.

• A strong portfolio that showcases short-form, social-first video content.

• Experience in editing for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

• Familiarity with motion graphics, captions, and editing styles focused on performance.

• Advanced skills in Adobe Premiere Pro.

• A solid understanding of pacing, storytelling, color grading, and sound design.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines.

• High attention to detail and strong standards for creative quality.

• A collaborative mindset, capable of taking direction and iterating quickly.

• A passion for fashion, trends, and digital content creation.
