This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• You will be responsible for editing Meta ads (Facebook and Instagram) using raw footage provided by our UGC creators.
• Typically, you will manage two ad packs simultaneously, one from each creator. Each pack includes:
• A text script document containing 3 to 5 hooks, the main body copy, and the call to action (CTA)
• The raw A-roll footage
• The raw B-roll footage
• Access to our comprehensive B-roll library (featuring product shots and supporting clips)
• Occasionally, you may receive a brief Loom video from us with directions; however, most of the time, you will only have the pack.
• Begin by reading the script to grasp what the creator was instructed to deliver.
• Review the raw A-roll and B-roll footage, noting which clips you plan to use.
• Eliminate any content that doesn't fit well, such as awkward delivery, evident script-reading, off-brand language, low energy, or anything that feels inauthentic. Flag these issues, annotate the reasons, and move forward.
• Create three variations for each ad pack. Each variation should have distinct visual and audio elements in the hook. If the three hooks are sufficiently different, you may reuse the opening visual; if they are similar, the visuals must also differ.
• Deliver three completed files per pack, following our naming convention.
• Specifications that every video must meet:
• 9:16 aspect ratio
• Captions on each video, appropriately sized and positioned within the 4:5 safe zone
• The video concludes with a CTA image sourced from our library
• A minimum of 2 years of experience editing paid social media content, preferably in D2C contexts
• Proficiency in CapCut or DaVinci Resolve
• Fluency in Western English, reflecting how real individuals communicate and perform on camera
• A keen eye for distinguishing between authentic and inauthentic content
• The confidence to challenge a clip that isn’t effective, along with the reasoning to articulate the rationale
• Ability to work independently from a brief without requiring a detailed step-by-step guide
• Awareness of current advertising trends and editing techniques
• Experience with AI image and video tools (e.g., Seedance, Higgsfield, etc.)
• Familiarity with Asana or Notion
