This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Edit and produce a variety of video assets weekly in a dynamic setting.

• Develop, modify, and tailor advertisements for Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, and additional platforms.

• Adhere to creative briefs as instructed, while implementing performance best practices to enhance pacing, clarity, and engagement when necessary.

• Rapidly iterate based on feedback and performance-oriented adjustments.

• Keep project files tidy and organized, following naming conventions and export standards.

• Utilize AI-assisted tools when suitable to boost efficiency and output quality.

• Make informed creative choices to advance projects when guidance is not available.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in English, both written and verbal.

• Strong expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud.

• Advanced skills in Adobe Premiere Pro.

• Previous experience in creating paid performance advertisements (not limited to organic or brand edits).

• Ability to thrive under tight deadlines while managing multiple assets concurrently.

• Solid understanding of best practices for short-form advertising.

• Capability to closely follow creative briefs while also making independent, sound creative decisions.

• Familiarity with AI tools such as Eleven Labs, SubMagic, and generative AI applications (e.g., Sora, Veo 3).

• Portfolio submission required: Must showcase examples of paid ad creatives.

• Availability during U.S. Pacific Standard Time (PST) business hours is required.

• Comfort with rapid feedback cycles and multiple revisions for each asset.

• Strong workflow discipline: Must deliver well-organized project files and exports in line with established processes.

• Technical reliability: Must have dependable high-speed internet and hardware capable of managing large media files.

• Willingness to utilize time-tracking software to log hours is necessary.
