• Edit and produce various video assets weekly in a dynamic setting.

• Adhere to creative briefs as instructed.
• Quickly iterate based on feedback and revisions driven by performance.
• Keep project files organized, maintain naming conventions, and uphold export standards.
• Make informed creative choices to advance projects when guidance is not available.
• Proficient in both English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• High level of expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Previous experience in creating paid performance advertisements.
• Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines while managing multiple assets concurrently.
• Strong grasp of best practices in short-form advertising.
• Familiarity with AI tools, including Eleven Labs, SubMagic, and other generative AI technologies.
