Video Editor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

📋 Description

• Edit and create high-quality video assets for social media, paid advertisements, websites, and campaign initiatives.

• Develop engaging narratives with impactful hooks, pacing, and storytelling techniques tailored for various platforms.

• Refine user-generated content, influencer materials, and brand videos into polished, performance-oriented deliverables.

• Incorporate motion graphics, captions, music, and sound design to enhance content quality and viewer engagement.

• Adapt long-form content into effective short-form formats (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts).

• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and strategists to ensure consistency with brand and campaign goals.

• Oversee multiple projects with quick turnaround times while strictly adhering to brand guidelines and adapting to evolving platform best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Media, Film, Communications, or a related discipline (preferred).

• 2–4 years of video editing experience in dynamic environments such as agencies, D2C, or eCommerce.

• Proficient in editing software including Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar platforms.

• Familiarity with AI-driven video tools (e.g., Runway ML or comparable) to enhance creative production and efficiency.

• Strong grasp of content formats and performance metrics across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Meta platforms.

• Ability to edit with an emphasis on storytelling and marketing results, including CTR, engagement, and ROAS.

• Experience in motion graphics, basic animation, sound design, with a robust portfolio showcasing high-quality, effective content.

• A skilled storyteller with keen attention to detail, trend awareness, and the ability to excel under tight deadlines in a fast-growing environment.

• Team-oriented yet capable of working independently, utilizing a data-driven approach to test, optimize, and enhance content performance.
