📋 Description

• Leverage CapCut to craft innovative and eye-catching videos.

• Evaluate new AI video editing software tools and provide training to video editors to enhance their efficiency and quality in producing social media advertisements.

• Platform-Specific Video Creation: Create and edit video ads customized for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok, ensuring each video is optimized for its designated platform.

• Engaging Content Creation: Develop videos that not only look impressive but also grab viewers' attention within the initial seconds, effectively "stopping the scroll."

• Footage Integration: Integrate internal video footage with stock footage smoothly, ensuring a cohesive and engaging narrative.

• Text & Animation: Incorporate captivating text overlays and animations to enhance the video's message. Proficiency in Adobe After Effects for animation creation is a notable advantage.

• Sound Design: Choose and integrate music tracks that align with the video's messaging and enhance viewer engagement.

• Target Audience Connection: Comprehend and apply video editing techniques that resonate with the target audience for the specific product or brand being promoted.

• Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the marketing and content teams to ensure alignment on campaign goals and creative direction.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 2 years of experience in video editing.

• Experience in editing videos, with a focus on social media or documentaries being a plus.

• Willingness and current experience in experimenting with AI tools that can enhance existing workflows in terms of efficiency and quality output.

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects; experience with CapCut or AI editing tools is advantageous.

• A robust portfolio demonstrating your best video edits for social media and/or documentaries that highlight your ability to visually narrate a story.

• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong eye for storytelling through visual elements.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.

• A comprehensive understanding of social media trends and the dynamic nature of digital consumer behavior.
