Video Editor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.

📋 Description

• **What will you be doing?**

• Edit videos to meet specified lengths and requirements for the YouTube Channel.

• Manage and organize both raw and edited video files.

• Export videos and oversee distribution for mobile and web platforms.

• Shoot video content and produce as needed.

• Explore various versions and creative directions.

• Adjust formats and file sizes as required.

• Incorporate music, dialogues, graphics, and effects.

• Create both rough and final video cuts.

• Ensure logical sequencing and a smooth viewing experience.

• Collaborate with stakeholders throughout the production and post-production phases.

• Continuously seek out and integrate new editing technologies and industry best practices to enhance efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• **What will you bring?**

• At least 1 year of experience in video editing and post-production.

• Proficiency in:

• Motion graphics.

• Selecting appropriate B-roll footage.

• Understanding branding concepts.

• Speed and efficiency in execution.

• Experience in video editing for a YouTube Channel.

• Skilled in various non-linear video editing tools and other software.

• A thorough understanding of digital trends and editing principles.

• A creative and innovative mindset.

• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Film or a related field is preferred.

• Proficient command of the English language.
