This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Edit short-form videos for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and others, ensuring they resonate with the brand's voice and message.

• Collaborate with content creators to enhance UGC-style videos, boosting their effectiveness and engagement.

• Transform raw footage into high-impact ads for paid social media campaigns, including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.

• Optimize videos for various platforms, ensuring compliance with size, length, and technical specifications.

• Incorporate engaging effects, transitions, captions, and music to elevate the viewer experience.

• Remain informed about social media trends, editing techniques, and best practices for creating viral content.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure video ads are A/B tested and refined based on performance metrics and client feedback.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be available for up to three months initially (with potential for further contract based on performance).

• Proven expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro and Media Encoder, along with knowledge of After Effects and the entire Adobe Suite.

• Over 2 years of experience in editing for social media and digital platforms, especially with advertising content being a significant advantage.

• Familiarity with social media best practices and current trends within the ecosystem.

• Proficiency in online editing skills including color correction, music supervision, and sound mixing.

• Strong understanding of digital camera formats, frame rates, codecs, and file-based workflows.

• Exceptional communication and comprehension skills in English, both written and verbal.

• Ability to follow directions well and conduct a comprehensive review of one’s own work.

• Keen attention to detail and capability to manage multiple editing projects simultaneously.

• Experience with online collaboration tools such as Frame.io, Zoom, Monday, and Slack.

• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management abilities.

• Flexible and adaptable to a fast-paced, collaborative work environment.
