📋 Description

• As a Video Editor, you will merge creative execution with operational excellence by editing high-quality content while overseeing workflows, distribution, and performance.

• You will transform concepts into refined, scalable content systems that promote consistency and engagement across various platforms.

• This position emphasizes creating a seamless 'film-and-forget' system—converting raw recordings into high-performing content for YouTube, podcast platforms, Instagram, and TikTok.

• You will handle editing, repurposing, distribution, and workflow optimization while providing strategic insights to enhance content quality and consistency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Edit both short-form and long-form videos for social media, websites, and marketing initiatives.

• Cut and piece together footage with transitions, effects, and animations as required.

• Ensure that all content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a cohesive appearance.

• Optimize videos for various platforms, formats, and aspect ratios.

• Organize and manage video files and assets utilizing Google Drive.

• Meet project deadlines and keep the content team updated on progress.

• **Qualifications:**

• Experience in editing both short-form and long-form video content, accompanied by a portfolio for reference.

• Proficient in short-form editing for social media; familiarity with additional editing tools is a plus.

• A keen eye for pacing, visual style, and brand consistency.

• Dependable, organized, and capable of meeting deadlines.

• Knowledge of motion graphics or visual effects is an advantage.

• Video Editing: Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar (essential).

• Platforms: YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Podcast platforms (essential).
