This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Edit short-form videos tailored for Meta ads, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and various social-first platforms.

• Develop ad creatives that prioritize performance, focusing on retention and conversion rates.

• Edit user-generated content (UGC) style ads, promotional videos, product videos, and social media content.

• Integrate motion graphics, transitions, subtitles, sound effects, and text animations to enhance viewer engagement.

• Collaborate closely with the creative and marketing teams to grasp campaign goals and brand voice.

• Utilize AI tools to streamline and enhance the video production process.

• Refine and polish visuals/videos generated by AI to ensure they are ready for production and advertising.

• Adhere to brand guidelines while upholding high creative standards and platform relevance.

• Quickly implement feedback and maintain swift turnaround times.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.

• At least 2 years of video editing experience focused on social media and performance marketing.

• Familiarity with editing Meta ads, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and product advertisement videos.

• Strong grasp of hooks, pacing, storytelling, transitions, and sound design principles.

• Experience in crafting UGC-style ads and short-form performance-driven creatives.

• Basic skills in motion graphics, typography, and text animation.

• Knowledge of AI video tools such as Higgsfield, Kling 3.0, Google Flow, or similar applications.

• Capability to effectively utilize AI tools to enhance efficiency and creative output.

• Keen attention to detail and ability to deliver edits that are native to the platform.

• Positive attitude towards feedback and ability to work collaboratively in a remote setting.
