
Vice President of Product – Mid-Cycle and Backend RCM Platform

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Define and implement the product vision and strategy for the mid-cycle and backend RCM portfolio.
• Lead the roadmap for coding, billing, payment posting, AR & denials, and analytics to achieve measurable improvements in efficiency, accuracy, and financial performance.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and data teams in India to ensure delivery excellence and promote cross-geo collaboration.
• Build and oversee a team of high-performing product managers and analysts, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.
• Convert customer and market needs into actionable requirements to guarantee products yield strong ROI.
• Initiate projects that utilize AI, workflow automation, and advanced analytics to improve revenue integrity and operational performance.
• Work alongside internal stakeholders across operations, sales, and implementation to ensure smooth product adoption and client success.
• Keep track of market trends and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge in the RCM sector.
• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is required.
• An MBA or other advanced degree is preferred.
• 12-18 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare technology and RCM.
• Over 8 years in product management or product leadership roles.
• Proven experience in building and scaling RCM software products, preferably multi-tenant SaaS platforms.
• Comprehensive understanding of mid-cycle and backend processes: coding, billing, payment posting, denials management, AR follow-up, and analytics.
• Experience working with cross-functional and globally distributed teams, including close collaboration with engineering teams located in India.
• Knowledge of EMR integrations (Epic, Cerner, Athena), clearinghouses, payer connectivity, and compliance standards (HIPAA, SOC 2, HITRUST).
• Demonstrated success in driving product innovation through AI, ML, and automation technologies within revenue cycle workflows.
• Strong analytical, strategic, and financial skills with a passion for resolving complex operational challenges.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities across both business and technical teams.
• Capability to lead through influence and foster alignment across different geographies and functions.
• In-depth understanding of RCM performance metrics: AR days, clean claim rate, first-pass resolution rate, denial rate, and net collection percentage.
