This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +5 more states.
• System Architecture: Create, construct, and implement scalable operational frameworks that convert disorganized small businesses into highly predictable, 7-figure enterprises.
• Bottleneck Elimination: Perform in-depth operational assessments to quickly pinpoint areas where profits are diminishing, where workflows are stagnating, and why the owner is experiencing bottlenecks.
• Unyielding Accountability: Establish transparent KPI dashboards. Educate owners and their teams to manage based on hard data rather than emotions, excuses, or "intentions."
• Fractional Leadership: Propel businesses ranging from $1M to $35M+ by serving as the execution-driven leader who translates high-level vision into everyday operational reality.
• Direct Founder/Owner Proficiency: You must possess extensive, hands-on experience working directly with small to mid-sized business owners.
• 12+ years of top-tier operational leadership experience as a COO, VP of Operations, or Head of Operations.
• Demonstrated success in scaling small to mid-sized businesses ($1M–$35M+) — backgrounds solely in enterprise-level corporations will not be suitable.
• A "Builder" mindset. You thrive on transforming chaotic, fast-paced environments into streamlined, predictable operations.
• Strong founder psychology. You understand how to collaborate with, advise, and assertively challenge passionate visionaries to execute a plan.
• Execution-oriented approach. You heavily emphasize achieving measurable, bottom-line financial and operational outcomes, rather than merely providing high-level strategy.
