Senior Java Engineer – KYC Tech

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• Work closely with key stakeholders to transform business requirements into robust services through well-crafted code and effective testing.

• Take the initiative to enhance performance, address incidents, and more.

• Create and update comprehensive technical documentation of high quality.

• Develop high-quality code, adhere to best practices, and promote engineering excellence.

• Engage with other engineering teams and provide mentorship to junior team members.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent relevant experience.

• At least 8 years of professional experience in developing high-throughput distributed applications.

• Strong proficiency in core Java and the Spring Framework.

• Skilled in MySQL, with familiarity in at least one NoSQL database.

• Expertise in distributed system design, along with knowledge of at least one messaging middleware and its foundational design principles.

• A quick learner capable of performing well under pressure.

• Ability to collaborate with a remote team across various time zones.
