Vice President of Product Engineering, Genetics Portfolio

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Supervise the product strategy, roadmap, and delivery for Women’s Health, Organ Health, and Rare Disease Diagnostics.

• Forge partnerships with General Managers to ensure alignment on strategic objectives.

• Review current product roadmaps and pinpoint areas for enhancement in user experience.

• Facilitate the commercialization of new products while also driving enhancements for existing offerings.

• Lead a team of Digital Product Managers, Solution Architects, and Integration Engineers.

• Work in collaboration with Software Engineering to implement the technical roadmap.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 15 years of progressive experience in software product engineering or technology leadership.

• Strong background in Clinical Genomics, Diagnostics, or Rare Disease.

• Proven success in leading complex, multi-product portfolios and managing senior leaders.

• Comprehensive understanding of software infrastructure (LIMS, Portals, EMR) for high-volume genetic testing.

• Established history of managing critical partnerships between business units and centralized engineering.
