Senior Full Stack Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

• Create and improve features designed for enterprise clients, emphasizing scalability and user-friendliness.

• Develop and oversee user and role management systems to facilitate enterprise-level access control.

• Architect, produce, and sustain open APIs for smooth integration with external platforms.

• Produce detailed reports and dashboards to deliver actionable insights for business users.

• Enhance record creation and modification processes to boost data management efficiency.

• Work on integrating the platform with external tools and enterprise software solutions.

• Create AI-driven functionalities to streamline workflows and improve user interactions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that solutions meet client requirements and business goals.

• Uphold high standards of code quality through testing, documentation, and adherence to best development practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).

• Over 6 years of experience in software development, with a focus on React.

• Demonstrated expertise in Node.js and JavaScript.

• Familiarity with both SQL and NoSQL databases.

• Experience with workflow systems like Cadence or Temporal is a notable advantage.

• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and AWS.

• Proficient in Git, CI/CD, and automated testing practices.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve problems and optimize complex systems.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in English, capable of working effectively in a dynamic environment.

• In-depth knowledge of software development best practices, design patterns, and maintaining code quality.
