This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Establish and spearhead the global account development and inside sales strategy.
• Propel enterprise-wide demand generation and accelerate pipeline strategies.
• Collaborate with divisional commercial leaders to foster growth in key markets.
• Manage global performance concerning revenue pipeline, conversion rates, and productivity metrics.
• Create and lead a high-impact global organization while cultivating a robust leadership pipeline.
• A bachelor's degree is mandatory; an advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is highly preferred.
• Significant global commercial leadership experience, typically 15+ years.
• A proven history of driving revenue growth and transforming commercial models on a large scale.
• Extensive experience in CRO, life sciences, or similar industries is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in operating at an executive level within a complex, global organization.
