Veterinarian, DVM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

📋 Description

• Deliver expert toxicology consultations via phone, email, and chat to veterinarians and other professionals in veterinary clinics.

• Record cases in the electronic medical records system.

• Provide support and guidance to veterinary support and technician staff in the contact center.

• Work collaboratively with veterinarian colleagues on case management.

• Engage in comprehensive training from day one to prepare for success in the role.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess an active Minnesota veterinary license or the ability to obtain one upon hiring.

• Have 3+ years of clinical experience, with a strong preference for emergency or internship experience.

• Exhibit clear and compassionate communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Demonstrate strong critical thinking abilities to manage complex, fast-paced cases.

• Capable of gathering and analyzing intricate information with sound and accurate judgment.

• Have a keen attention to detail, proficiency in multitasking, and a focus on accuracy.

• Display advanced proficiency with keyboarding, PCs, Microsoft Office, and common computer software and hardware.

• Availability to work varying shifts as assigned, including days, evenings, and holidays.
