This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee both outbound and inbound calls among various client institutions, handling an average of over 400 calls daily.
• Verify prospective students’ personal identifiable information and their interest in specific programs through brief conversations lasting 3–5 minutes.
• Facilitate the transfer of verified prospective students to partner institutions and move on to the next call.
• Actively engage with prospective students, generating enthusiasm about their discussions with partner institutions.
• Adhere to conversation guidelines to relay compliant and precise program information.
• Work efficiently and attentively across a variety of partner institutions and programs.
• Refer unique prospective-student issues to the manager as necessary.
• Utilize email and Microsoft Teams for effective communication.
• Apply coaching and performance feedback received from manager sessions, peer development groups, and partner insights.
• Uphold compliance standards when communicating program details and documenting interactions with students.
• This is an entry-level role.
• Previous experience or a strong interest in being part of a high-performing team that engages in daily communication with prospective students.
• Ability to excel in a dynamic environment characterized by continuous change.
• Capacity to quickly learn complex processes and systems.
• Willingness and ability to share best practices with fellow team members.
• Skill in interacting with individuals from diverse backgrounds, both in person and over the phone.
• Keen attention to detail and the ability to execute specific processes accurately.
• Comfort speaking over the phone within a heavily scripted framework.
• Capability to occasionally lift or maneuver items weighing up to 30 pounds.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including occasional walking, sitting, hand and arm movements, balancing, stooping, talking, and hearing.
• Required vision capabilities include close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth perception, as well as the ability to adjust focus.
