Venture Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Korea.

📋 Description

• Oversee critical projects in the APAC region: Assume complete responsibility for major initiatives from inception to completion, guaranteeing timely execution that aligns with corporate objectives.

• Support business development: Collaborate with the CEO and country managers to identify and explore new business opportunities, including partnerships, market expansions, and product innovations.

• Cultivate a thorough understanding of the business: Interact with all facets of the company, from user acquisition to product development, to achieve a holistic understanding of business operations.

• Promote cross-departmental collaboration: Ensure effective communication and alignment between internal teams regarding objectives, timelines, and resource requirements.

• Enhance operational efficiency: Recognize and implement strategies to boost productivity and streamline processes.

• Proven experience in project management, operations, user acquisition, business development, or business strategy roles.

• Capability to lead and manage projects autonomously.

• Strong business insight with a comprehensive understanding of business operations, product development, and user acquisition.

• Exceptional communication skills for effective collaboration across departments and with the leadership team.

• Analytical mindset: Proficient in deriving insights from data and making strategic decisions informed by business intelligence.

• Proficiency in English and Korean.
