This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver prompt, friendly, and solution-focused assistance to incoming vendors through phone, email, and online ticketing platforms.
• Assist vendors with registration, bid submissions, compliance documentation, and various platform functionalities.
• Collaborate with the Client Partnership team to provide support for client interactions and general inquiries.
• Conduct live and recorded webinars, training sessions, and vendor workshops.
• Diagnose technical issues and escalate complex problems when necessary.
• Keep precise records of vendor interactions and solutions in the support system, such as Zoho.
• Work with internal teams to enhance vendor experience and optimize support processes.
• Aid in the development of training materials, FAQs, and knowledge base content.
• Engage in product testing and relay feedback to the product team.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and vendor outreach activities.
• Assist with proposal writing, RFP/RFI participation, and contract reviews as required.
• Execute additional related tasks as assigned by leadership.
• High school diploma or GED certificate is mandatory.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support, vendor relations, or client success.
• Familiarity with government procurement processes is highly preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a clear and professional demeanor.
• Proficient in web browsers, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM/ticketing tools such as Zoho and Salesforce.
• Capability to simplify technical concepts for user-friendly understanding.
• Self-motivated with outstanding time management and multitasking skills.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote or hybrid work setting.
• Ability to operate autonomously and collaboratively within a remote team environment.
• Occasional travel may be required for company meetings, client interactions, and industry events, ranging from 10% to 20%.
• Must be physically located in the United States.
