Teleoperador – Experiencia Planilla Completa

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Make calls to both existing and potential Entel customers to promote new lines, portabilities, and additional lines.

• Present new lines, portabilities, and additional line options.

• Provide clear information regarding plans, promotions, and benefits.

• Meet established sales targets.

• Accurately record sales information in the system.

• Maintain a friendly and courteous demeanor with each customer.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed secondary education.

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• No prior work experience required.

• During training, the camera must be turned on.

• A laptop or desktop computer is necessary.

• Processor should be Intel i3/i5/i7 of 6th generation or higher, or Ryzen 3 or higher.

• Minimum internet speed of 50 Mbps, preferably via cable.

• Operating system: Windows 10 or higher.

• Must have a computer or laptop available for the training phase.

• Availability to work from Monday to Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with a 45-minute break.

• Fixed days off on Sundays and holidays.
