This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the primary consultant and account manager for designated healthcare clients and practices.
• Manage client relationships, performance results, compliance, reporting obligations, and submission deadlines.
• Collaborate with account management, sales, IT, development, business analysts, and systems integration teams.
• Ensure compliance with QCDR guidelines and regulatory standards.
• Analyze baseline quality metrics, pinpoint performance deficiencies, and suggest enhancement strategies.
• Facilitate virtual client meetings to discuss data, address inquiries, and offer strategic advice.
• Decode CMS regulations, MIPS specifications, and program updates while communicating changes effectively.
• Educate and assist clients on reporting obligations, program changes, and technology/software utilization.
• Prepare, verify, and submit data in collaboration with the IT team using approved protocols.
• Assist clients in utilizing EMR systems to enhance Promoting Interoperability performance.
• Conduct random chart audits and generate reports within client EMRs.
• Interpret final adjudications and regulatory feedback for facility and clinic stakeholders.
• Provide insights, tools, and recommendations to enhance compliance and reporting performance.
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or a related discipline (mandatory).
• 2–4 years of experience in healthcare quality reporting or a comparable field.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Exceptional client-facing skills and a dedication to customer satisfaction.
• Experience in planning, facilitating, and leading group discussions.
• Capability to work autonomously as a self-starter while handling multiple clients.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking capabilities.
• Ability to manage confidential materials and information with professionalism.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Competence in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Capacity to sit or stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 25 lbs.
• Manual dexterity and strength adequate for prolonged computer keyboard use, writing, and managing paperwork and supplies.
• Sufficient eyesight to read documents and accurately view information on a computer monitor.
• Speaking and hearing abilities sufficient for effective communication.
• Eye/hand coordination, hearing, and visual acuity necessary for daily tasks.
