This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +1 more state.
• Deliver advanced clinical expertise and hands-on procedural assistance for emerging vascular technologies.
• Provide urgent and high-priority case coverage for PVH carotid, thrombectomy, and innovative vascular therapies.
• Facilitate the adoption and effective use of new technologies through best practices, training, and technical support.
• Evaluate customer requirements and overcome objections to enhance the value of vascular solutions.
• Collaborate with Therapy Development Representatives and vascular field teams to enhance case support and business outcomes.
• Aid in market development and strategies for launching new accounts.
• Propel growth, utilization, and reorder activities, particularly in new accounts.
• Offer clinical insights to bolster account strategy and competitive positioning.
• Educate and train physicians, nurses, and clinical staff via in-service sessions and presentations.
• Provide continuous education and technical assistance for new products.
• Conduct visits to hospitals and clinics to support sales and service goals.
• Lead and assist in training events and product demonstrations.
• Foster and maintain relationships with clinicians, administrators, and staff.
• Collect feedback on new products and relay insights to leadership.
• Ensure adherence to consignment, inventory, and credentialing standards.
• Offer after-hours case support, including weeknights and weekends.
• Travel within the assigned territory at least 70% of the time, including potential overnight stays.
• Report to the Area Therapy Manager.
• High School Diploma with 8+ years of relevant experience OR Associate’s Degree with 6+ years of relevant experience OR Bachelor’s Degree with 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Must reside within the designated territory.
• A valid driver's license is required.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as determined by local management.
• Domestic travel exceeding 70% is necessary.
• Clinical Specialist expertise in carotid, embolic, and/or thrombectomy therapies is preferred.
• Experience in supporting the adoption of new therapies and driving utilization growth is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of medical devices and vascular systems is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is preferred.
• For degrees earned outside the United States, a degree satisfying 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.
• Unrestricted U.S. work authorization is required at hire and throughout employment for positions below the Principal level.
