This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +5 more states.
• Develop and sustain ICU Medical’s Vascular Access & Blood Collection business within the designated territory.
• Cultivate and nurture relationships with key decision-makers.
• Maintain current business while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
• Enhance territory profitability and broaden the customer base by promoting ICU Medical products.
• Expand customer relationships into new domains and acquire new clientele.
• Deliver continuous post-sales implementation support.
• Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager to align daily activities aimed at achieving or surpassing annual revenue targets for the territory.
• Acquire mastery of presentations and technical knowledge regarding ICU Medical products and relevant industry standards.
• Engage with clinicians about industry standards, products, and clinical results.
• Position ICU Medical offerings in comparison to competing products on both clinical and technical grounds.
• Act as the field-level clinical authority and consultative problem solver for clinical and supply chain stakeholders.
• Gain a thorough understanding of the top 50 customer base, including contracts, pumps, solutions, and distribution models.
• Conduct product trials and facilitate the implementation of products within the Vascular Access and Blood Collection portfolio.
• Stay informed about market trends and clinician insights through local professional associations.
• Relay product performance information to Regional Sales Managers, Marketing, and Operations teams.
• Achieve or surpass organizational performance goals.
• Participate in designated special projects.
• Be available to work occasional weekends or evenings as required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is required.
• A minimum of 3 years of sales experience with a proven track record of success is essential.
• Preferably possess medical device sales experience and connections with key regional health systems.
• Experience with needle-free infusion therapy products and services is preferred.
• A background in Vascular Access, blood collection, or infusion therapy products is preferred.
• Demonstrated success in meeting quotas or driving growth within a territory.
• Experience in developing existing customer relationships with the Supply Chain is beneficial.
• Must be in active compliance with all credentialing requirements, including COVID-19 vaccination, to fulfill essential duties at customer locations.
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and professional; capable of working with minimal supervision.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
• Excellent presentation skills are required.
• Strong organizational abilities and capacity to multitask are essential.
• Proficient in computer applications, specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• A valid driver’s license and adherence to the Authorized Driver Policy are necessary.
• Willingness to travel over 50% of the time is required.
