This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Lead strategic planning, onboarding, adoption, and renewal initiatives for a portfolio of Enterprise-level accounts.
• Serve as the main point of contact for customer business outcomes, ensuring robust product adoption, high customer satisfaction, and measurable success.
• Establish and nurture executive-level relationships within assigned strategic accounts.
• Showcase the value of Everstream products by performing targeted supply chain analyses with customers to address specific supply chain inquiries and challenges using Everstream data and tools.
• Enhance overall customer lifetime value through increased product adoption, usage, customer satisfaction, and NPS scores.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Account Management, and Implementation teams to align on customer success strategies and facilitate seamless transitions and ongoing engagement.
• Work with Product Management by collecting and conveying customer feedback to shape the product roadmap and foster innovation.
• Promote customer advocacy by assisting in the expansion of customer references, testimonials, and case studies.
• Act as a mentor and senior voice within the Value Realization team, providing guidance and support to team members as necessary.
• Aid in the development and refinement of best practices, playbooks, and internal processes that enhance the customer journey.
• Proactively identify risks and opportunities within assigned accounts and drive suitable actions.
• Travel as required to client locations for business reviews, analyses, and relationship-building efforts.
• Remain available and responsive in the event of critical customer needs or emergencies.
• Over 5 years of experience in management consulting, customer success, or account management, preferably in B2B SaaS or supply chain, procurement, or transportation solutions.
• Extensive experience working with Enterprise-level clients and managing complex client relationships in the UK & DACH regions.
• Professional fluency in both German and English is required.
• Expertise in problem-solving, supply chain analysis, and strategic planning.
• Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Executive presence with the capability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Strong collaboration skills across Sales, Implementation, Product, and Engineering teams.
• Capacity to translate customer objectives and business strategies into actionable success plans with minimal oversight.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is advantageous.
• A commitment to helping customers succeed and a proactive interest in continuously enhancing the customer experience.
• A hands-on approach, willing to engage directly with customers on-site when necessary.
