Validation/Performance Specialist – Senior

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Conduct performance evaluations on systems and applications

• Examine and document the results of tests

• Detect and report on performance-related issues

• Suggest solutions for enhancing performance

• Work in collaboration with development teams to facilitate improvements

⛳️ Requirements

• Background in supplementary pension (private pension) systems

• Proficiency in performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling, or similar)

• Experience in load, stress, and volume testing methodologies

• Ability to analyze performance and capacity metrics

• Understanding of system architecture and enterprise environments

• Familiarity with agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)

• Basic knowledge of monitoring, observability, and performance optimization best practices
