📋 Description

• Evaluation of user needs to resolve inquiries and issues in collaboration with the technology team;

• Direct communication with candidates to provide a more personalized service;

• Development, consolidation, and management of efficiency and quality KPIs for customer service;

⛳️ Requirements

• Ownership mentality: individuals who can fully take responsibility for a critical pillar of Gupy;

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, sharp critical analysis, and a customer-centric mindset;

• Advanced Excel proficiency;

• Availability for 6 hours a day, with a flexible schedule;

• Experience in programming and/or website creation is a plus.
