Vaccines Specialist, Health and Science Professional

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Drive sales within the designated territory to achieve established business goals.

• Interact with customers through both in-person meetings and virtual platforms.

• Create and execute effective business and territory call plans; successfully identify and apply live/virtual engagement strategies with customers to enhance overall effectiveness and impact.

• Build and maintain strong rapport and relationships with customers in both in-person and virtual settings; use discernment to sustain customer engagement by adeptly utilizing existing and evolving digital tools for successful interactions.

• Understand and utilize internal reports and analytics to help identify, develop, and implement strategic business opportunities.

• Compliantly utilize product and disease state knowledge with approved clinically-focused disease state information and patient resources as necessary.

• Exhibit market knowledge by identifying barriers and drivers across all relevant business channels (Public Health, Private Market, Retail, etc.).

• Collaborate effectively and in compliance with cross-functional colleagues, including Field Medical and Account Management, to address customer inquiries and promote Pfizer objectives.

• Timely and compliant completion of all administrative responsibilities (e.g., accurately entering customer calls, submitting expenses, responding to requests from sales leadership, managers, and/or Pfizer internal partners).

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree.

• At least 2 years of experience in one or more of the following OR an associate’s degree with 6+ years of experience; OR a high school diploma (or equivalent) with 8+ years of relevant experience: Professional Sales or Promotional Activities, Small Business Ownership, Marketing, Customer Service, and/or Account Management.

• Relevant Healthcare/Scientific roles (e.g., RN, Pharmacist, PT, OT, etc.).

• Experience in education (e.g., Teacher, Principal).

• Full-time military experience.

• Must reside within 25 miles of the territory's border.

• Valid US driver's license and driving record that meets company standards. Any DUI/DWI or other impaired driving citation within the past 7 years will disqualify you from being considered for hire.
